IVECO ACCO DUAL CONTROL RECALL

Iveco Australia have issued a recall on their dual control Acco rigids to address concerns over the accelerator on the LEFT side.

The recall centres around concerns that the left-side accelerator can stick while driving, due to a potentially faulty secondary spring in the left side pedal return mechanism.

The recall covers Euro 5-compliant models built between November 22, 2010 and July 16, 2012, fitted with a Continental accelerator pedal.

Iveco are asking owners of the potentially affected trucks to return them to their nearest Iveco dealer for inspection.
