IVECO announce 2024 Dealer of the Year winners
IVECO Trucks Australia has acknowledged its highest performing dealerships for 2024, with winners across a variety of categories recognised at an awards ceremony held in conjunction with the company’s annual Dealer Conference.

Six major award recipients were celebrated at the conference, with entrants segmented by location – metropolitan and regional – as well as category. The awards were for ‘Heavy Dealer of the Year’, ‘Light Dealer of the Year’, ‘Parts & Service Dealer of the Year’ and ‘Customer Excellence Dealer of the Year’.
Dealerships were evaluated across a variety of criteria, including vehicle sales against retail targets and share of market, parts sales, Net Promoter Score, customer service, maintenance and repair outcomes and other customer-focussed standards.

2024 Winners
Taking out the Metropolitan Dealer of the Year – Medium and Heavy, was Melbourne’s Adtrans Truck Centre, while Mount Gambier IVECO in South Australia was named Regional Dealer of the Year – Medium and Heavy.

In the light segment, Newcastle IVECO was announced Metropolitan Dealer of the Year – Light, with Wodonga’s Blacklock Truck Centre winning Regional Dealer of the Year – Light.
Dealership contributions in customer care were also recognised, with Adelaide IVECO awarded Dealer of the Year – Customer Excellence.
The important role that the broader IVECO network plays in parts supply and assisting maintenance of fleets saw Tasmania’s WB Truck N Trailer recognised with Dealer of the Year – Parts and Service.

Presenting the 2024 Dealer of the Year awards, IVECO Trucks Australia Managing Director, Glen Dyer, acknowledged the winners’ outstanding commitment to IVECO’s values amongst a high achieving field of contenders.
“An IVECO Dealer of the Year is recognised as a business that continually invests in its people and its systems, while building relationships of trust and fair dealing in their local market,” Dyer said.
“They take a genuine interest in the needs of their customers, have a clear understanding of the IVECO products and services they represent, and how these provide solutions for our owners. They also strive for excellence and champion a customer-first attitude across all business departments.
“I congratulate our most recent winners and thank them for upholding sustained levels of customer service, business performance and engagement in the IVECO brand.”
IVECO also used the annual Dealer Conference to recognise individual talent within its network, providing awards to dealership staff for excellence across sales, service and parts functions.
