NEW SALES VP FOR VOLVO TRUCKS AUSTRALIA

Volvo Trucks has announced that Peter Voorhoeve is the new Vice President Asia Oceania Sales Region Australia, with the Volvo Group veteran to start in the new role next month.

Voorhoeve will be located in Brisbane, reporting to Christophe Martin (Senior Vice President Asia Oceania Sales), with the 'Oceania' title in the role meaning that he will also cover truck sales in New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia and French Polynesia, as well as here in Australia.

Voorhoeve will have the responsibility of managing the Group's suite of brands in these markets: Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks and Renault Trucks.

Coming from a strong international and multi-brand background from various senior management positions within different areas of the Volvo Group, Voorhoeve has been active in TSMJV APAC, Volvo Parts and Volvo Action Service.
