Hi all! We have unfortunately come to the end of our amazing Oz adventure which means its time to sell our campervan Steve. We bought Steve in Cairns 2 months ago and have driven down to Sydney. The van has been completely reliable and never put a wheel wrong. It is very easy to drive with power steering and despite the vans mileage it drives perfectly well, we were also getting about 10 litres per 100 kilometers. The interior is very unique and doesn't feel like a campervan when inside. It's a cosey place to spend time and feels like home. The van was originally converted to a campervan only a couple of years ago by a couple of architects who travelled around Oz for 10 months, who also replaced the engine for a new one. We bought Steve off the second couple of own him in Cairns and they had him for about 5 months. The engine has only covered about 90,000kms and the van has done 352,000kms. It is mechanically perfect. We had it safety checked in Queensland and it only needed 2 new front tyres. He is registered in Queensland for another 4 months or can be re-registered in NSW.
